Service Description

Basic Embroidery Machine Repair Course One day with The Embroidery Technician — $399 This is a hands-on class for shop operators and owners who run Tajima-style multi-head and single-head machines, and similar commercial heads (Ricoma, Highland, Avance, Smartstitch, Brother commercial, Meistergram). You work on a real machine, not a slideshow. The goal is simple: stop waiting on a service call for jobs you can do in the shop — thread breaks, birdnests, bad trims, dry hooks, and machines that “just don’t sew right.” What you will cover Basic rotary hook timing Knife timing and knife adjustment Tension adjustments Presser-foot adjustment Cap-frame adjustment Oiling the hook, needle-bar case, felts, and bars Cam greasing Conditioning belts Needle information (DBxK5 sizes, sharp vs ballpoint, when to change) Picker timing Color change, take-up levers, and the rest of the daily path You leave knowing what to check first, what to oil, what to leave alone, and when to call a tech. How it works Dates and location are not set yet. This class is not open for booking. Leave your name and email. When the date is announced you get an alert and can book the full course. Then you work through the day with The Embroidery Technician.
