Session 1

Machine Anatomy & Safety

Tour the major systems — heads, needle bars, hook assembly, pantograph, trimmers and controls and learn safe habits for working inside a powered machine.

Session 4 ·

Hooks, Triming & Timing Basics

Choose and install the right needle, inspect the rotary hook for burrs and damage, and understand what timing is and how to recognize when it's off.

What You'll Learn

Session 2

Cleaning & Oiling

Where lint and thread debris build up, what to clean with, which points to oil & grease, how much, and how often — so friction and wear stay low.

Session 5

Hands-On Troubleshooting

Work through thread breaks, birdnesting, needle breaks and trimmer issues step by step — and learn which problems are a quick fix and which need a technician.

Embroidery Course

Session 3

Tension & Thread Path

Thread the machine correctly every time, read the back of a design, and balance top and bobbin tension with simple, repeatable checks. Understand tension without buying all those tension tools
